GENERAL:

How long will it take to complete my order?
Please check each product page for availability. Unless an item specifies it's made-to-order, pre-order, etc, then it is likely ready to ship. You can always e-mail me to clarify.

Please note! I do everything myself, so there may be slight delays in case of large orders, holidays, emergencies, etc. Thank you for understanding :)

Did you design all your products?

Yep, everything you see!

Do you provide vegan leather alternatives?
If a product does not have vegan leather options listed, please contact me to see about available options.

Do you create custom pieces, illustrations, etc?
I do!  If you're interested in inquiring on a custom project of any scope, please use the contact form to tell me about your project, however cannot guarantee I will be available due to an increasingly busy schedule.

★ The item I want is out of stock! Will it return?
Depends on the item! Especially if it's in high-demand.

PRE-ORDERS:

What do pre-orders mean?
If you purchase an item listed as "pre-order", that means you've reserved it for when it's produced and ready to be shipped.

  • Please allow 2-6 weeks for its arrival + availability
  • Updates on arrival ETA, delays, etc are also made on my social media, please follow @lollivamp
  • No refunds since all pre-order funds are sent to the manufacturer to begin production.
  • Colors and size may slightly update due to the production process.
  • You'll receive a Standard grade or higher pin.

 If I order in-stock items along with a pre-order, what order will they ship?

  • To avoid paying shipping twice, your entire package will ship once the pre-orders are in-stock :)

SHIPPING:

General Notes:
We are not responsible for:

  • Errors on part of the buyer, such as incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Errors on part of the mail carrier. Once the package is in their hands, we have no control over the package or how it's handled.
  • Postal delays due to holidays, poor weather conditions or otherwise.
  • Lost or stolen goods. It is your responsibility to have items shipped to a secure location and to follow the tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for any customs fees. 

 Domestic Shipping Info:
Domestic packages will ship via USPS First Class Mail and includes tracking. Once shipped, packages typically take about 1-5 business days to arrive.

★ International Shipping Info:

International orders ship via USPS First Class International and do not come with a tracking number. Deliveries generally arrive at the destination in about 7–21 business days.

Currently we ship to Australia and the UK. If you'd like an item shipped to your country, let me know!

All delivery estimates do not include unexpected postal delays that are out of my hands.

When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-5 business days for your payment to clear. Items are typically ready to ship within 1 week after cleared payment for in-stock items, unless otherwise specified on the product page (made-to-order, pre-orders, etc). If you need it shipped ASAP once your payment clears, please add a note at checkout or contact me.

★ Can I combine shipping from different purchases?
It's possible so long as you contact me within 1 business day of placing the order since I try to ship them out ASAP.

I need rush shipping!
If the shipping you need isn't listed (overnight, etc), please use the contact form so we can try to find a resolution :)

Unclaimed packages?
In the event your package is unclaimed and sent back to me due to an incorrect address, etc, I will be happy to re-send it so long as the customer covers the shipping fee. If the customer does not inform me of their lost package within 7 days of its proposed arrival date, item will be considered abandoned. 

 Lost packages?
Please contact the shipping carrier to check on the status of your package as sometimes they have delays. ** Please note this is out of OUR hands

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

We have a no refund policy as all sales are final.

Exchanges will be considered in a case-by-case basis. Please use the contact form within three (3) days of the shipment arrival. If approved, item(s) must be in their original condition (no damage or wear) and you will have to ship it back within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from. Please use the contact form to submit an inquiry.
